Where to contact support?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but there is no button on the website that seems to redirect to the support (“contact us” is only to book a demo and “live chat” redirects to the docs).

Maybe the community can awnser my question though, is the team feature available in the Customer portal starter plan ? It isn’t mentioned in the pricing comparison and i can’t test without being billed.

I have another questions about the teams feature. On the internal tool free tier, the “teams” menu is unavailable, but we still can assigns teams to users and use them in conditions of components. Is that behavior the same in the Customer portal starter plan ?

Hi, the team feature will be available with our pro plans. If you are able to use it, it may be because you are still on the trial version. You can also schedule a demo with us to discuss any concerns or questions you may have. simply use book demo button.
