Getting Sentry errors when clicking “talk to support” from the question mark button on the bottom right.

Hi, thanks! Can you please share what browser you use and if you have any apps installed that block content?

Microsoft Edge (latest version) and Google Chrome (latest version) both regular and private browsing are failing to work. I don’t have anything that blocks content.

@hlp-cbruce yes, this is the actual error, thanks. So the browser somehow is not loading Intercom widget at all (but we are using standard integration code). May I ask you to send me XHR file (in direct message since it contains tokens) recorded from the beginning of browser session and till when you get this error? Maybe there are some more JS errors or some network error when loading Intercom JS file.

@hlp-cbruce looks like you are using custom domain. there was an issue with displaying intercom under custom domains. should work now
