Set default position in google maps

As a developer
I should be able to indicate the center of the Google map when the user opens the page
So that users can see exactly place quickly

I know that Google Maps is caching the last position. However in my case position of the object is changing rapidly, so when the user opens the page the sees the map without pins it leads to confusion since they need to search for the object on the map.
