Customise invite email

We are using the Customer Portal version to give our customers access to data specific to their organisation.

Is there any way to customise the SUBJECT and CONTENT of the invite email they are sent when you add their email as a user?

OR can you not send the email when you add the user and send your own email with the link?

Thanks - just finding the current email won’t make much sense to our customers

Hi , unfortunately, we don’t have this feature out of the box yet.

Sure you can manually send invitation emails to your customers and get the URL from the “Invite with Link” feature
