Copy work from prod into dev || from one app instance to another

I´ve done a lot of work in the production environment that I need to replicate in the development envirnonment to then merge w prod. How can I transport that work from prod to dev, if possible?

Same situation but between two different apps.

Have you tried to export/import a backup of your app ?

You can always cope any environment to another environment.
Just Click “Copy environment” and choose the prod first then the dev in the second dropdown.

Also, you can copy and environment to another app using Backups and restoring them.
