it is a pretty common thing for UX to have a checkbox list with different options. A multi-select list helps, but it is not relevant in some cases when the user should see more information without clinking. For instance in surveys.

Hi Naseeb, according is just a layouting when we need a list of checkboxes. In other words, it is just visual improvement of Multiselect.
