Create a Loyalty Rewards Program

Hello,
I’m looking to build a customer rewards program for a mobile application. This is not enterprise level, small business. It is for a client, and JetAdmin is a perfect backend solution for aggregating multiple data sources but seem like a great place to create data values. Am I wrong in saying this?

Seem like I could create these simplistic values and when triggered by a mobile app these values could be routed to their profile in Firebase.

If anyone could confirm this is possible, much appreciated.
